Provisional first row for Barrier

During the first qualifying practice session at the Brno circuit, Sylvain Barrier did the third time on his BMW S 1000 RR for the Garnier Racing Team Junior.

Maxime Berger was the fastest on his Ten Kate Honda, in front of the BMW of the championship leader Ayrton Badovini. Sylvain Barrier, who was in the top group from the beginning of the session, finished third, 3 tenths of a second behind Berger and only 7 hundreds behind Badovini.

There was a group of 5 Italian riders behind Barrier: Antonelli (Honda), Baroni Ducati), La Marra (Honda), Magnoni (Honda) and Bussolotti (Honda).
